An added bonus is that if a loan submitted to us doesn't meet program guidelines, our processors will contact the loan originator and restructure the loan BEFORE it is underwritten, therefore eliminating the need for a Change of Circumstance and re-disclosure.

When a loan is closed and completed, we provide you with a complete electronic file that contains the entire processed file as well as all investor documents and the complete closing package.
